Potentialpark's Employer Branding Studies

The Employer Brand Message Study (EBM)

The EBM is an annual study conducted by Potentialpark Communications. The 2009 results are based on a survey of more than 20 000 students and graduates in the US, Europe and Asia. The results include a company-specific analysis with client recommendations.

The EBM is not an image study, but instead entirely target group focused. It helps employers to understand the job seekers’ information-gathering and decision-making processes and communicate better with the right people.

Employer Branding as a concept and how companies use it has developed in recent years. Potentialpark’s EBM aims at answering the questions that conventional research leaves unanswered. The study goes beyond typical breakdown lines and shows how the client’s Messages match with different job seeker life-style groups. This way, the client can see which of its strengths and arguments offer the best potential to “reach the unreached”.

The report with the 2009 results can be ordered now and will be delivered earliest within April 2009, and from then within 10-14 days.
